Earn While You Learn Program

This Program has been launched keeping in mind of the job requirement of students and allowing them to earn their livings while studying. This way they do not remain burden on their parents. This program is in collaboration of ICMT (Hope Floats Foundation, A National Level Charitable Trust) and INSYLABS (A Software Company). The unique method of imparting education is key motto of INSYLABS COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, ICMT . To make the students responsible towards their work. To understand the need of team work and to respect the job assigned to them. No matter how humble the job is, benefits the students both monetarily as well as ethically. Students pay hefty sum for their studies to colleges and do not learn anything practically to compete in the job market. Our Program is designed at par with the current IT Skills requirement of the corporate.

ICMT will recruit students to work in laboratories, administration, networking, marketing, software development, setup and maintenance of labs , search engine optimizations, data entry jobs etc. The aim of this Program is to provide an attitude of humble workmanship; learning through hands-on-training and transforming their lives through value Based Education.

During the tenure of this program students are expected to devote four hours to their study and four hours to work per day of their schedule. This way the students complete their Studies as experienced professionals and not as freshers. In short, students at ICMT, will start earning while their friends would only be learning. This program will provide practical knowledge which will help them in future career also. So do not wait, grab this opportunity, because opportunity is not a matter of chance its a matter of choice.
